Hi,
The customer's unique deal code LD-XXX-XXX-XX was delivered to the customer by email immidiately after their purchase at TIME / DATE to the email stated by the customer at the time of purchase EMAIL ADDRESS. The customer also has access to the unique deal code LD-XXX-XXX-XXX by logging into our site letsdeal.se with their stated email.

You can also see that the code the customer has received is marked as "reported". This means that the deal has been used, the customer has been provided the service which means a refund is not acceptable.
The customer has not contacted us within the 14 right of withdrawel, so again, a refund is not acceptable.
